By placing an order with Pure Pendu Sweets & Savoury, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

We make every effort to display accurate information about our products, including descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that all information is always current or error-free.

Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from actual items. We reserve the right to modify product offerings and prices without notice.

Note: All our products are freshly made. Availability may vary based on demand and seasonal factors.

3. Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full.

Payment Methods:
  • Cash on Pickup: Pay when you collect your order
  • Bank Transfer / PayID: purependusweets@gmail.com

Important: Please ensure the correct PayID is entered when making your transfer. Orders will not be processed until payment is verified.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Pickup Only (No Delivery)

Pickup Service

Pure Pendu Sweets & Savoury operates on a pickup-only basis. We do not offer delivery or shipping services at this time.

Customers must collect their orders directly from our store location:

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email or SMS notification with pickup details and collection times.

Third-Party Collection:

If you wish to use a third-party courier or have a friend/family member collect your order on your behalf, you may do so at your own arrangement and responsibility. Please ensure they have your order confirmation details when collecting.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (fresh confectionery and food items), we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.

Product Issues:

If a product is incorrect, damaged, or defective upon pickup, please notify us immediately before leaving the premises. We will gladly replace or refund the affected items.

For any product issues discovered after pickup, contact us at purependusweets@gmail.com within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number and details
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

6. Product Information & Allergens

Our products may contain common allergens including but not limited to:

  • Nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios)

  • After an order has been collected from our premises
  • When picked up by a third party on your behalf
  • Due to improper storage or handling after collection
  • From any misuse of products after pickup
  • From allergic reactions or food sensitivities

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
