Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Pure Pendu Sweets & Savoury we aim to make ordering simple and transparent. Please read this policy before placing an order.

1. Terms of Payment

Full payment is required to commence production. Orders are confirmed once we have received payment confirmation.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Cash on Pickup
  • Bank Transfer / PayID: purependusweets@gmail.com

If an ordered item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer alternative options. If you do not accept an alternative, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Note: We are not liable for any bank or processing fees. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

We operate a strict no-change / no-exchange policy. To modify your order, please cancel and place a new order.

  • Cancellations made within the required notice period will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made after the minimum notice period will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Where an item is unavailable and you decline an alternative, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds may be subject to processing delays caused by payment providers. We are not responsible for such delays.

3. Collection Policy

For security, all orders over $500.00 require the customer to present WhatsApp Ordere message or the order confirmation email at collection. Orders will not be released without these items.

Please collect within the agreed time window. We cannot accept liability for quality issues arising from late pickup.

Pickup time: 9:30am to 6:00 pm. For other pickup time arrangements, please call us at +61 482 010 729.

4. Storage & Consumption

Our products are freshly prepared. To preserve quality, store items in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and follow any storage instructions provided at pickup. We are not responsible for spoilage resulting from improper storage or delayed consumption after collection.

5. Risk & Title

Risk and ownership of products pass to you upon collection. Please inspect your order at pickup to ensure you are satisfied.
