No Delivery Available

We currently do not offer shipping or delivery services. All orders placed through our website are pickup only from our store location.

This allows us to ensure the highest quality and freshness of our products when you collect them.

Processing Time

We take pride in preparing your orders fresh:

  • Standard Orders: Typically ready within 1-3 business days
  • Large/Custom Orders: May require 3-5 business days
  • Festival/Seasonal Specials: Please order in advance during peak times

Note: You will be notified as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Please do not visit the store before receiving confirmation.

Third-Party Collection

If you are unable to collect your order personally, you may arrange for someone else to pick it up on your behalf:

  • You may use a third-party courier service (e.g., Uber, local courier)
  • A friend or family member can collect for you
  • Please provide them with your order confirmation details
  • For orders over $100, valid ID may be required

Important: All arrangements for third-party collection are made at your own responsibility and risk.

  • Valid photo ID (for orders over $100)

Quality & Freshness

Our products are made fresh to order. For the best quality:

Responsibility

Please note the following:

  • We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or delay once an order has been collected from our premises
  • Products collected by third parties on your behalf are your responsibility
  • Ensure proper storage and handling after collection
  • Check expiry dates and storage instructions provided

Uncollected Orders

Please collect your order within the specified timeframe:

  • Orders not collected within 48 hours of notification may be subject to cancellation
  • We will attempt to contact you before canceling
  • Refunds for uncollected orders will be processed according to our Refund Policy
  • Fresh products cannot be held indefinitely
